The master bedroom features a double bed with a high density mattress and the living room with a sofa bed suitable for 2 people. Kitchen with gas oven, microwave, coffee maker and electric turkey. Outdoor grill to prepare an Argentinian asado classic. We invite you to know a unique place in Buenos Aires! The space Our apartment is situated on the same block as the San Telmo Market, within close proximity to restaurants, bars, and various shops. Defensa is one of the oldest and most iconic streets in Buenos Aires, and the area enjoys excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. The property spans 45 square meters and comprises a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchen. Additionally, there is a private terrace of almost 30 square meters outside, complete with a grill and outdoor dining space. Situated on the second floor (with available elevators), the apartment is exceptionally bright. This was our cherished home for 8 years, and we took great care of it with love!
