This modern studio is located in an excellent area of Belgrano, close to Cabildo Avenue, the subway station, and China Town. Ideal for 2 people, it is available for both short and long stays. It features a balcony, a Queen bed, sofa, TV, internet, storage space, and a work desk. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, fridge with freezer, and cooking essentials. The bathroom has a bathtub, bidet, shampoo, and soap. Guest access The building is accessed with a magnetic sensor, providing secure entry for guests, while the apartment door is accessed using a code for added convenience and security. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. during weekdays, and on weekends from 00:00 to 10:00 a.m. Parties and Events: Parties and social events are not allowed. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Visitors: No visitors are allowed who are not part of the reservation. Common Areas: It is prohibited to walk around with your torso uncovered in common areas. Respect Neighbors: Do not ring the doorbell or disturb the neighbors or building staff. Doors Closed: Always keep the building and apartment doors closed. Energy Conservation: Turn off lights and air conditioners when not in use. Maintenance: Keep the air conditioner drain containers empty. Cleaning and Harmony: Leave common areas clean and maintain harmony with the other neighbors. Non-compliance: Failure to follow these rules may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation without a refund
