The apartment is in a high floor and is very bright. The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge, gas-powered stove, microwave, cutlery, cups, toaster, water boiler, etc., a Bosch washing machine is also available. Living room has a new Scandinavian-looking table with 4 chairs, a cosy sofa (NOT a sofa bed), smart tv, air conditioning, wifi. The bedroom has a full-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm), closets, iron, stove and a small fan. The flat is for 1 or 2 persons, but not for more. The space Safe apartment in a buidling with janitors and a video security system 24hs . The location is very convenient and strategic as it is located in a very typical " porteño" neighbourhood (Almagro) with nearby tango locations as well as typical bars and restaurants (Las Violetas, Los Orientales, Pin Pun in Corrientes Avenue, and others). The location is also very central, is at the center of a vibrant commercial area and is very well connected via bus or subway (line A). Guest access The apartment is rented entirely, i.e. you get access to all parts of it. Other things to note The flat is located high in a 19-storey building which makes it bright and grants mild temperatures as wind flows in and out. Neighbours are quiet, yet given its proximity to the Rivadavia Avenue (one of the most important in Buenos Aires), if windows are open, you hear the traffic (low level). If you´re looking for absolute silence, it may not be the place for you. Please note this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are unfortunately not allowed
