Located in the heart of Barracas, a classic neighborhood of Buenos Aires, between two main avenues, with easy access to La Boca, Puerto Madero and San Telmo. It is ideal for families with kids or restless travelers who want to explore the city and then relax in this beautiful space. Perfect for discovering and resting in Buenos Aires. Other things to note 💦 Swimming pool and sauna - Only owners and tenants (not guests) can use it. - Pool season is from November 1 to April 30. Hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (until 8:00 PM if there is an event in the SUM). - No drinking, smoking, eating, or using inflatables, balls, and water toys in the pool. - Children under the age of thirteen must always be accompanied by a person over the age of eighteen who will be responsible for them. - The sauna is only for those over 18 years of age. Maximum capacity 2 (two) people. Follow the instructions found in the room for its operation. The user is responsible for any damage that occurs due to incorrect use. Smoking, bringing food and drinks into the sauna, and pets are strictly forbidden. Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
