Santa Fe · 4 blocks from Ateneo Grand Splendid · 5 from Teatro Colón The space The special quality of this apartment is hard to find in Buenos Aires: absolute silence, a view of greenery, and just steps away from everything. The wooden window overlooking the garden transforms the space—the morning brings in soft light, and the afternoon brings cool shade. The table next to that window is the best spot for breakfast. High ceilings, a cozy atmosphere, and the feeling of being in a Buenos Aires from another era—without giving up any comfort. Guest access You have exclusive and private access to the apartment throughout your stay. The building's common areas (hall, stairs) are shared with other residents. It is a quiet building with standard coexistence rules. No pets or events allowed. Maximum capacity: 2 guests. Other things to note The apartment is equipped so you won't miss anything from the very first minute: bed linen, towels, and basic hygiene items are included. The building has a doorman and is very well maintained — something that is not so common in Recoleta. Parties and events are not allowed.
