Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation ( not SHARED). It has a lot of light, located in front of the park with a spectacular view. With all amenities, refrigerator, microwave, full kitchen. It is in a very quiet neighborhood of low houses, close to several shops that are open all day and some 24 hours. with several bus lines to move around the city. in addition the park gives the possibility of doing very pleasant walks. The space It is a simple apartment, no luxuries but with EVERYTHING you need for a long stay. It's very well equipped. Free WiFi throughout the apartment and Cable TV. The room has a 52”flat screen TV with cable and Netflix, queen size bed, and ample closet. Beautiful view of the park when waking up. The kitchen has all the necessary furnishings to cook and dishes to eat. Kitchen with gas oven and refrigerator with freezer. It also has a microwave and electric pava. The bathroom is spacious and ventilated. It has a bathtub and dishwasher. You can also make use of the tender inside the apartment or downstairs in the courtyard there is also tender (community). The living room is great for relaxing work as the view is very nice It has a comfortable couch and large mirror. The apartment is very bright and has blinds to sleep in the dark.
