The space Welcome to our charming and spacious home, a perfect blend of traditional Buenos Aires architecture and modern convenience. This beautifully maintained property boasts the following highlights: NATURAL LIGHT IN EVERY ROOM Every room in our house is bathed in natural light, thanks to the traditional Buenos Aires design. The long gallery connects all rooms, ensuring each one faces outwards and enjoys ample sunlight. KITCHEN Our kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring a large gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space. The wooden cabinetry and vintage decor add a touch of rustic charm, while the modern amenities ensure you have everything you need to prepare gourmet meals. OUTDOOR SPACE Step into our serene and lush garden patio, where you can relax amidst the greenery and enjoy the tranquil ambiance. This outdoor oasis is perfect for morning coffees or evening gatherings. LIVING AREAS The living room is a warm and inviting space, complete with comfortable seating, wooden floors, and elegant decor. UNIQUE FEATURES Stained Glass Windows: Beautiful stained glass windows in the sunroom add a unique and artistic touch to the home, providing a colorful play of light throughout the day. The stairs and kitchen surfaces are all Carrara Marble. The house features broad oak moldings and thresholds throughout ROOFTOP POOL: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool while taking in stunning views of the city skyline. Please note that the pool is not available for use during the winter months (June through September). LOCATION Our home is located in the vibrant Chacarita neighborhood, which the New York Times describes as "a quieter, greener alternative to Palermo, with a booming nightlife scene of its own." We are at the intersection of Palermo and Chacarita, giving you walking access to all the bars, restaurants, and cultural offerings of both neighborhoods.
