On the sixth floor of a modern building with a beautiful terrace, elevator, swimming pool, and amenities, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. The space The apartment is perfect for couples and solo travelers. Located on the sixth floor of a modern building (with elevator). The apartment has everything you may need during your stay, a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, high-definition TV, iron, hair dryer, and if you need anything else, request it before your arrival. You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the city from your apartment's private terrace. We also have a swimming pool where you can relax after a long day of work or simply walking around the city with a beautiful green park next to it, something highly coveted in the city center. The location is perfectly connected to public transport, buses and metro just three blocks from the "Independencia" station (Line C). Guest access The apartment will be at your complete disposal and you will also have access to common areas such as a swimming pool and a park.
