Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located, very bright, quiet, modern, and very well-equipped place. It's in the best location in Caballito, 3 blocks from the Rio de Janeiro subway station on Line A and 6 blocks from Line B. It has numerous means of transportation, close to two important parks (Rivadavia and Centenario), a few blocks from Hospital Italiano. Located in the heart of the commercial center, where we find numerous cafes, restaurants and cinemas. The space The apartment is on the fourth floor overlooking the street with a balcony, and is accessed by a spacious elevator, making it very easy to get to with luggage. The area is very nice, there are many shops nearby, although many cars pass by it is a quiet area and close to everything. The apartment is new, has beautifully decorated rooms that make you feel at ease and with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed of 1.60m x 2.00m with a sommier that will provide you with excellent rest, and in the living room there is a sofa bed that transforms into two single beds of 0.70m x 1.90m each (lower bed cart + upper mattress) Other things to note We love to welcome guests, we do our best to make sure they have a flawless stay and that they don't miss anything, we will always be available for whatever they need
