Spacious and bright apartment in the heart of one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. Chacarita has become a boutique gastronomic hub with a wide range of bars and restaurants that attract young people and families alike. The neighborhood is quiet while still a 15-minute walk from the vibrant neighborhoods of Palermo and Colegiales. The apartment is ideal for both short and long stays, in a modern and comfortable building with a green patio, SUM and pool.
