Attention: Please note that it is located on the third floor with exclusive access by stairs. The space Location and Access Our loft is located just 4 blocks from the Juan Bautista Alberdi and Carabobo stations, which gives you excellent transportation options (collectives and subway). The Space Ideal for two people, the loft offers: - A bedroom on the upper level with a double bed and a large closet. - A comfortable living room with TV. - Fully equipped kitchen and full bathroom. - A charming terrace with armchairs, tables, outdoor shower and grill to enjoy the outdoors. Rules of Coexistence As part of a building, we ask that you respect the neighbors and comply with the rules of coexistence: no parties or annoying noises after 10 pm.
