It's a unique and exceptional place. The house most photographed by tourists. You can have breakfast looking at Caminito and touring the most emblematic neighborhood of Buenos Aires with peace of mind. As a host, I will offer you a little chat about the past and present of this place, which will make your stay a true historical and cultural experience. The space is spacious, bright, well equipped and of excellent quality. If I came to Buenos Aires, I would definitely spend a few nights here. The space You'll stay in a very particular home. A classic early SXX conventillo, a building style characteristic of this neighborhood. Made of wood and very colorful, it has a central courtyard that connects all the homes and Caminito. Every day dozens of people ask me to come in and take photos of the patio, the stairs, the windows. They love the colors and architecture of this place. Movie scenes, concerts, video clips, photo shoots have been recorded here... it's a special place. The hosting site was fully refurbished in December 2023, it is very bright and on each of its walls you will find paintings of the most renowned artists in the area. You'll also have old house and neighborhood photos, history, art, and photography books that portray local history. Other things to note La Boca is an iconic Buenos Aires neighborhood with a wide cultural and gastronomic offer. During the day you can walk around Caminito and its surroundings, what is beautiful! A few meters from the stay you have the famous Bombonera of the Boca Juniors Club, the Quinquela Martín Museums Museums of Contemporary Art the Proa Foundation and Andreani Foundation, Museo de Teatro Colón, Samobar de Rasputín, craft fair (there are wonderful handicrafts), El Gran Paraíso and Puerto Viejo grills, the Shuttle Bridge, in addition to plenty of art galleries and souvenirs. At night I recommend watching a neighborhood soccer game at the corner of the house, watching a Candombe rehearsal at Plaza de los fire, and dining at one of the famous pizzerias, such as Banchero or Hot, or order delivery at Augusto (my favorite), in addition to taking a sunset hike on the waterfront to see the colors of the sky and the moon over the river...one of the few central places in the city where you won't see tall buildings on the horizon. And if you want to stay enjoying the stay, its art and local history books and have some rest, you can buy a rich meat in some of the butcher shops in the area and prepare your dinner in the house. There are excellent butchers and the kitchen is fully equipped. Rest assured that staying here is one of the best tours you can do in La Boca and Buenos Aires! You're going to love it! See you soon!
