*It is also possible to rent the entire apartment, check my listings or contact me* Restored French-style apartment, located on Avenida de Mayo, in the heart of Buenos Aires. A few blocks from Obelisco, San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada and 20 meters from Subway Line A. In the area you will find a wide range of cuisine of various types, bars, tango venues and the century-old Café Tortoni. Avenida de Mayo is a portrait of La Gran Via, come and enjoy it. The space The 147 sq. meter French-style apartment has two (private) bedrooms. One of the rooms has a desk for working, a king-size bed, an armchair, a chair, a TV, large closets, and a safe. The other, smaller, has two twin beds, a closet, TV, an armchair and a safe. The patio is the perfect space for a moment of relaxation, a drink, a coffee, reading a book, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped as is the laundry room, with a washer-dryer. The bathrooms are private for the guest with all the amenities. The living room has a balcony overlooking Avenida de Mayo. It is a majestic space, with armchairs, a table and an atmosphere to enjoy the stay. Guest access The common areas are the patio, kitchen, living room, and laundry room. During your stay Both my wife and I will only be in the apartment to sleep, while on weekends we will practically not be there. I have a bedroom with a bathroom, totally independent of the guest. I'm more than willing to help the guest with the information they need. If you come for tango, I can help you see where you can take classes. If you come for work, you will have the apartment all day to yourself. If you come for tourism, count on my help. Other things to note The apartment will be shared with the host and his wife, who are only there at night to sleep, and on weekends we are hardly there. Check-in and check-out times can be discussed and adjusted to the guest, if demand permits. The guest will have a private bathroom, with a key in their possession
