Located at the historical hull, Art Deco piece of architecture in the neighbourhood. The double-height ceilings apartment it is in the first floor with stairs access. Spaciousness and luminous with beatifull balcony to the garden. Very Quiet. The space The flat is FULL EQUIPED, like new and with lot of style, it has a very big living room with balcony to the private garden and is high quality construccion from the years 50's remodelated in 2007. The garden is big and there is no traffic noise inside the flat because the construction of the building is divided in two buildings and my flat is facing the garden from behind...This is UNIQUE in the area. The photos are not taking professionaly, I made them by my self with a 35 mm lens most of them or ipad. So what you see is "real" eye view size. Flat will seems bigger than photos when you got in. All the people love it. I provide also towels, blanquets and all the neccesary to have a confortable stay. I have two WIFI networks and both works well. Thanks Guest access 200 mts from all the metros from Buenos Aires. 300 mts from Sturbucks 20 mts from Defensa Street San Telmo Sunday Market 10 minutes in taxi from International Airport Jorge Newbery 5 minutes walking to Puerto Madero Safets area in San Telmo and Monserrat with best bars and restaurants all arround the corner. Other things to note Main subway (A line) starts 3 blocks from my flat, from there you can combine very fast and easy all the metro lines, buses and trains. The location also is very safe, only 20 meters from Defensa Street (main comercial street in San Telmo and where the sundays market is). Flat is also located 4 blocks away from the goverment house (La Casa Rosada) and the most safe and nice area in San Telmo with lots of bars and restaurants around
