The space Modern style, but at the same time warm, prepared with every intention that those who visit it feel at home and leave wanting to return. - Integrated and equipped kitchen so that you don't miss anything if the chef in all of us awakens. - 43" television and comfortable three-seat sofa to enjoy your favorite series or book when the cold or rain invites you to spend the day inside. - Bedroom that can be configured with a queen bed base (180x190) if you come as a couple or with two single beds (90x190) if you are traveling with a friend. - Large work desk. - Full bathroom. - Air conditioning system with cooling/heating function in both rooms. - Washing machine. - 24 hour security in the building. Other things to note To enhance your arrival experience, we offer a complimentary starter kit that includes toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, detergent and sponge, paper towels, yerba mate, coffee, tea, cocoa powder, powdered milk, sweetener, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. These items are not replenished during your stay, so we encourage guests to purchase them locally if needed. - Check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (to be coordinated prior to arrival) - Check-out time: by 11:00 AM Daily cleaning is NOT included in the rental price. However, for your convenience, you can request a change of sheets and towels or cleaning service for an additional fee. Please give 24 hours' notice to schedule this service. We strive to provide all our guests with high-quality bedding and towels. Please do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges.
