The space The Loft is fully integrated, with very high ceilings of approximately 5.30 meters high, which gives the apartment a unique look and style. A perfect place to host couples, families, and friends. The orientation is North/West, and being on a high floor you can watch the magical sunset every day. Natural light will accompany you at all times. The furniture and appliances were designed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has an area of 50 m² and is very bright! Downstairs are the kitchen and living room, with TV, a sofa bed for 2 people, a table with 4 chairs and a balcony. On the second floor there is a very comfortable queen size bed, a closet and a bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped: Wi-Fi, TV, heating, A/C, full bathroom, full kitchen. Very warm and designer decor. Guest access On the 12th floor, there is a laundry room with two new washing machines, which you can use free of charge after 3 pm. There is an additional charge for parking. Other things to note The building is located in a very strategic area. Av. Santa Fe: 100 meters Av. Pueyrredón: 150 meters Av.
