Your ideal sanctuary in the heart of Buenos Aires awaits! This sophisticated one-bedroom apartment, located on iconic semi-pedestrianized Avenida Corrientes, places you at the cultural epicenter of the city, just 200 meters from the Obelisco, visible from the building’s entrance. Enjoy a peaceful home with an internal balcony, all while having theaters, restaurants, and public transportation at your doorstep. Perfect for those seeking comfort, style, and the true essence of Buenos Aires. The space Its location is a tourist favorite not only for its role in Buenos Aires' cultural history but also for its centrality and wide range of transportation, gastronomy, and culture. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find the central subway station, buses, Metrobus, and a great selection of taxis. It sits on the most touristy block of Buenos Aires: Avenida Corrientes in its pedestrianized section (at night and on weekends) next to the Obelisco and steps away from the city's most famous pizzeria -Güerrin- and theatres. The apartment features a hallway with comfortable closets, a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with a shower, and an internal patio with plants, offering a perfect urban retreat. It's very quiet as it faces the back of the building. Equipped with high-quality WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning (cool/heat), an electric stove with oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The thoughtful layout and full amenities ensure that even though the spaces are small, each has its own identity and is fully functional. You'll find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, liquid soap for the bathroom, detergent, sponge, and dishcloth to make sure you're set for the first few days until you settle in. You’ll also have one set of towels (small and large) per person. To top off your stay, since Argentina is famous for its Malbec wine, a bottle of red wine is waiting for you to celebrate your arrival! The apartment is located in a building with an elevator, security cameras, and daytime on-site surveillance. Guest access 🔑 If you arrive outside of our reception hours (Monday to Saturday after 5:00 PM as well as Sundays or public holidays anytime), no worries, we can still welcome you! However, please note that there is an additional charge for check-in ($10 USD), as someone will be specially assigned to greet you. 🌙 If you arrive very late, even in the early hours of the morning, between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM, check-in can be done through our night transfer service from the airport, so the cost is covered by the transfer itself. The transfer is more affordable than a taxi and is somewhat similar to Uber. It’s very reliable, the driver will wait for you at the airport, take you to the apartment, and personally hand you the keys! 🚗 Other things to note We offer airport transfers as an additional service to make your arrival easier and assist you from the very first minute in Buenos Aires.
