The space The apartment is fully equipped for 2 guests, including linens, kitchen equipment and WiFi. Guest access San Nicolas is Buenos Aires' downtown, this is a perfect location! Blocks away from Avenida Corrientes and Avenida 9 de Julio. Near by you can enjoy a show at the historical Luna Park and other known theaters at Avenida Corrientes, a walk by the river at Puerto Madero and plenty of gastronomic choices, as well as coffee shops and stores. Lavalle Subway Station is located a few minutes away as well as Avenida Alem, where you'll find many bus stops. Other things to note House Rules: Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. during weekdays, and on weekends from 00:00 to 10:00 a.m. Parties and Events: Parties and social events are not allowed.
