Beautiful and warm apartment in Recoleta with 2 bedrooms and a private balcony terrace, all its rooms with light and sun all day long, newly remodeled. Prime location, 300 meters from Av. Callao and Av. Santa Fe, a few blocks from Recoleta Cemetery, Mall, Recoleta Cultural Center, Museums, Theaters, Colón Theater, among others. Excellent access to transportation: 300 meters from the subway (underground) and 100 meters from an important avenue with lots of buses. Bienvenidos! The space The apartment is on the 9th floor, and the building has 2 elevators. It has a living/dining room with access to the private balcony terrace, large kitchen with breakfast bar and separate laundry room, master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with single bed and work desk. In the apartment you will find: • High-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout the apartment (300mb) • 1 king-size bed (1.80x2) in the master bedroom • 1 single bed in the second bedroom, along with a desk with a monitor, special home office • Closet space (half closet available in each room) There may be personal items because it is the apartment where I currently live. • Main dining table with 4 chairs • 1 50" SmartTV in the living room and a 43" TV in the master bedroom (with chrome cast) • Hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms • Washing machine • Large full kitchen that includes: -Microwave - kitchen with gas oven - Refrigerator with Freezer - toaster - coffee machine - kitchenware and full kitchen utensils for 3 people - detergent, sponge, racks and all other cleaning supplies. • Sheets and towels for 3 people (if your stay exceeds 7 days, two sets of sheets are left per bed) Any other requirements can be requested in advance. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, so they will be coordinated in advance to avoid any inconvenience. Smoking is allowed (only on the balcony) where you will find ashtrays. If you have pets, please let me know and we'll see if you can accommodate them. Other things to note The apartment is the place where I currently live, so personal items can stay in it
