The space • The Espacio Urbano Loft is located in the Olivos neighborhood. • The master bedroom has a king size double bed and is located on a mezzanine floor upstairs. It is important to note that the ceiling in this area is lower than normal with a height of 1.80 mts. • The second room, also located in the upstairs mezzanine, has a view of the living room, generating an internal balcony. This room is lower than the previous one, with a ceiling of 1.45 meters, and the entrance has a height of 1.30 meters, especially designed for the entry of children, so an adult must bend over to enter. Due to its particular design, it is a playful space exclusively for children. • On the ground floor is the living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 TV and a work space with a desk. Other things to note • The loft is for children over 10 years old. Not suitable for small children or babies, as the 2 bedrooms on the mezzanine and the staircase leading to them do not have a child safety net. Room number 2 was originally designed for older children, so an adult does not enter. And it is equipped with a twin bed. • It is important to note that both the main and secondary rooms do not have a door. They are semi-open spaces that are accessed without a door which means they cannot be closed. • In line with the tenencies of modern architecture, the Loft mainly runs on electricity (thermotank, coffee maker, stove, air conditioning and other equipment). The kitchen is the only gas element. To avoid overloads, ensure optimal performance, and avoid skipping the heater, use only the appliances provided in the Loft. • The Loft offers a prime location with direct access to the number 19 collective line that runs through the corner, quickly connecting to Avenida Maipú and other important points. This collective operates 24/7, and has a stop just 1 block from the Loft on the corner of San Lorenzo and Chacabuco.
