Location, Location, Location. Imagine having your own cozy, lively vintage studio right in the heart of Palermo Soho, on the famous Thames Street and just 4 blocks away from Plaza Italia Subway Station. Being within walking distance to all what Palermo has to offer: the hip ambience, the foodie places, the highly creative designer shops, the beautiful parks while having your very own place to land, recharge, to feel a local "porteño" for a while... The space This is a fully-renovated 30 square-meter studio in an unbeatable location (Thames and Guatemala, Palermo Soho) with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable. It has a comfy queen-sized bed, a small cute kitchen with an electric oven, stove, a red little fridge and a living room/work space area and a tiny stylish bathroom. The studio is on a 7th floor of a 70's building and it is bathed with beautiful natural light. We acquired this space in 2016 and renovated it entirely with a lot of love, care and details. It has an A/C (which acts as a heating system in winter) and reliable WI-FI ( a lot of our guests work remotely and have reported the wifi worked very well). Also SMART TV, with NETFLIX. Another great feature to mention is that it has LOTS of storage space so no worries about where to put that extra luggage! The bathroom in the studio is super cute and has a small shower space, if you can't live without a bathtub or large bathroom, this might not be your landing pad :-). This place is perfect for solo travelers and couples (babies are also welcome!) that want to be close to all the action in Palermo Soho and yet appreciate a quiet and well taken cared-of place to come back to and recharge. Guest access Upon check-in you will be given a set of keys with the key to your apartment and two keys for the front doors.
