Cosy studio for 2 guests, comfortable and bright, excellently equipped and furnished in an excellent location. Relax in this quiet and stylish space. @holabueinn (IG) NOTE: At this time, there is an aesthetic defect on 2 walls, caused by a leak that will be repaired during the 2nd week of November. The space Cozy and lovely studio sleeps 2. Lovingly equipped and furnished, with a bedroom area with 2 single beds (That can be put together as 1 Queen size bed), a large closet, an AACC team, a small living room area and a handy dining area for 2 people and a Smart TV with cable. It has a separate well equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower tray and bidet, both recently renovated. It is located in a traditional building, with a doorman, in an excellent location in the Recoleta neighborhood, almost on the edge of the neighborhood of Palermo. NOTE: The apartment is in the process of repairing aesthetic damage due to a leak. Guest access Here you can find: • A 32"SMART TV with cable • High-speed Wi-Fi internet connection • 2 single beds (with the possibility of arming it as a Queen size bed), • 1 large closet • Fully-stocked kitchen; *microwave, *refrigerator with freezer *kitchen with gas oven *toaster, *coffee maker * electric pava *juicer * Full kitchenware and utensils for 4 • Dinning table w/ 2 chairs • Quality Sheets and Towels. Other things to note The apartment is in the process of being repaired due to aesthetic paint problems caused by a leak. **** COSTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED FOR RENT • ELECTRICITY / WATER / GAS / EXPENSE / TAXES / INTERNET / CABLE / PHONE (urban calls) **** • Professional cleaners perform cleaning and change of linens and towels before and after each reservation. (If cleaning service is required during your stay, you can optionally hire at extra charge) **** CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT: Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Please check your arrival / departure times in advance to organize your itinerary in advance. If the apartment is available we try to be flexible with the schedules, but it will always be subject to availability. We check in and check outs free of charge from 8am to 10pm. Revenues outside of those hours are only possible with an extra charge of 20 usd. Suggestions: If you need to guarantee to withdraw later from the apartment, we recommend that you take an extra night. If you need to ensure an early entry to the apartment, we recommend that you book the prior night. **** TRANSFER SERVICE We have at your disposal a very good transfer service to and from the Airports, Terminals and Puertos of the city.
