Excellent location, few blocks from Village Recoleta mall and movie theatre, quiet street close to avenues (Las Heras, Callao, Pueyrredon). Classy old building, apt fully redone. The space Full apt with a king size bed and a sofa bed. Guest access Enjoy the whole studio. Other things to note Sheets and towels included in the price. Minimum stay = 1 week Security deposit = 1 week for stays of up to a month / one month for longer stays For stays longer than 30 days electricity and gas consumption should be paid separately when exceeding ten USD 10 (electricity) and/or eight USD 8 (gas)
