Spacious studio for 2 just steps away from the main attractions of Buenos Aires. Enjoy the city from within; a stylish experience in this central accommodation. It’s on the 8th floor, just meters from Av. Córdoba, but since it faces the back, it’s not noisy. The building is secure, with security at the entrance. The internet is fast, and the hot water is centralized (you can use as much hot water as you want). The space The space is divided into two areas: 1) The living/sleeping area 2) The dining area, in front of the kitchen. It has an independent kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has been thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment. In the dining area, you’ll find a table for two, with easy access to the coffee maker and toaster. It is conveniently located in front of the kitchen. Kitchen: Although small, it has everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots, etc. Living/Sleeping Area: A comfortable space to relax or watch a bit of TV. A very comfortable queen bed, and we provide all the bedding and blankets you need. The space is complemented by a cozy armchair and a full-length mirror. Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink. Other things to note We provide clean towels, sheets and essentials. ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION POLICY In order to promote responsible use of energy, a limit of 350 kWh per month is established as the normal and reasonable consumption. If consumption significantly exceeds this average, the guest will be responsible for covering the additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in using electricity responsibly
