Relax and enjoy in this unique and quiet accommodation. It is located in the Agronomy district, just 2 blocks from the large park, which provides the area with fresh air and lots of sky. Meet this neighborhood of low houses in Buenos Aires. The apartment is in a residential complex. It has 2 balconies terrace to enjoy outdoors. The space It is a department of 2 large rooms arranged on two floors. On the first floor we have a service bathroom, equipped kitchen/dining room and living room with sofa, plus a balcony with armchair table and grill. On the second floor is the spacious room, with a 2-seater bed. The room has a Placard/dressing room and a full bathroom with bathtub. Spacious balcony with armchairs. There is an air conditioning/heating on the first floor (living room) and another on the second floor (room) . There is also a portable fan. To sleep in addition to the 2-seater bed there is a 2-seater inflatable mattress and option to use the ground floor sofa to sleep. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood called Agronomia. it has some shopping centers about 5 blocks away, and access to public transport, buses and trains, a few blocks away. If you come by car you can park on the street, it is safe and there is usually a place. Other things to note Just two blocks from the apartment is the Agronomia Park, a super important green space in the city, where you can enjoy the outdoors. I recommend visiting it, the entrance is on Av Prinyentes and Av Beiró
