This apartment, nestled in Boedo’s charming Tango district, is ideal for both leisure and remote work.Explore the neighborhood’s authentic cafes, renowned restaurants, bohemian bars, craft breweries, and some of the city’s finest craft burgers all just steps away.The apartment is equipped with modern luxury amenities for a relaxing stay, and the private balcony with a charcoal grill lets you enjoy a true Argentine BBQ while savoring a glass of Malbec, capturing the unique spirit of Buenos Aires. The space -The space is equipped for our guest comfort. -You will find a firm queen size mattress. -For cooking, microwave, electric oven, electric stoves. -All type of glasses for different occasions, mate set, French press coffee, wine cellar, etc. -A Smart 32” TV, with Roku, Netflix, Apple Tv, Prime, High speed Wifi, local basic cable. -Also I provided with charging station 110w to 220w, USB and different plugs adapters for your devices cellphones, computer, etc. -The garbage has to be discard outside in the big trash dumpster on the streets (there 2 on each corner of the avenue) -Laundry is located on the 12th floor, we provide with soap and softener (inside the closet) -We have some fun board game to play. -I will always be available to assist you Guest access Full and private access to the apartment/ balcony. Share space on the 12th floor for the laundry area. Fob key open/close the main building door
