Excelent location. In this neighborhood we have lot of transportation options, some restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The space The aparment has an available room in a ninth floor. Available usually for short periods of time. For long periods of time, just ask. Guest access The room is not ensuite but there is a bathroom for their use. Everything included in the price, except phone calls. There is a washing machine you can use at no cost, but you should provide your own soap. The building has a terrace on top that you can access. The apartment has a balcony (18 m2) and lots of light in every room. The room has a heater a fan. No air conditioner. The aparment has also other heating devices and air conditioner in the living room. During your stay I work, so, most of the time, from Monday to Friday I am working most of the time at home. When working out of home I could arrive rather late. On weekends I stay at home or go out for the day, part of it or the whole weekend
