Small single room apartment, with full kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Very well air-conditioned! Private entrance. Ground floor with street window, bright. Very nice and comfortable. For a couple (no kids) or single person. No pets. 25 blocks from the obelisk. Close to Parque España, a well-kept green space of 6 hectares. Close to British, Udaondo, Muñiz, Elizalde and Garraham hospitals. Plenty of modes of transportation. LGBT-friendly. The space New apartment, nice and with all the comforts. We strive for guests to enjoy their stay. It's close to train tracks and noises can be heard. Guest access It is accessed through the entrance hall to the building directly to the apartment. Other things to note The fridge has drinks charged if consumed (fridge bar style). For stays of more than 10 days, a complete weekly cleaning is done with a change of sheets and towels free of charge
