A laidback condo with local designers furniture and decoration. Outdoor 65 ft swimming pool, and a 300 mbps wifi inside. The building, an old warehouse turned into a residential complex, has lots of amenities (solarium, gym, coworking area, laundry and security staff 24/7). It is located in the heart of San Telmo, meters away from Caseros Boulevard, one of the most beautiful streets in Buenos Aires with great cafes and restaurants to choose from. The space The apartment has 1 BR with a king size bed, a living room with a sofa-bed, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We picked for this apartment all the stuff we'd like to have in ours. First of all, a super comfortable bed. And then, everything you'll need to live a unique experience: beautiful textiles and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, wifi with access to Netflix, TV, hair dryer, iron, AC for the summer, radiators for the winter, courtesy surprises and even a mate kit to taste our national drink. Guest access Inside the apartment, naturally, there are no access restrictions. In the building to shared access space with schedules and rules such as the pool, the terrace, the gym and the communal tables in the lobby. Please check the rules for each purpose.
