One of the most elegant and safest neighborhoods in the city. The apartment was completely recycled by a designer and every corner is a place designed to relax. A refuge in the middle of the city. The space The apartment offers amenities, the living room is an ideal space to relax in a hanging hammock chair or in a comfortable 2-body armchair. This space has access to the patio through two windows that invite you to be outside. It has a small bathroom but with the essentials with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. It is accessed by going down a step from the living room. The apartment offers a full kitchen to prepare your meals if you wish. There is also a breakfast area in the kitchen and the gallery can be accessed by going up a step. The gallery is roofed and has glass doors that open, where you can enjoy seeing the garden both day and in sun or rain. It has beautiful lighting. The patio is internal and belongs to the apartment. It has 3 pots of plants, a beautiful flowerbed and a place to have a drink at the round table or enjoy relaxing in the Paraguayan hammock. The bedroom is bright and has 2 round windows and a queen bed. It is carpeted and this space is accessed through the wooden stairs that come from the living room. The height from the floor to the bedroom ceiling is 1.85 meters and it has a semi-direct view to the ground floor (living room). Guest access Excellent location. It is a central and accessible area. We are responsible hosts, available 24 hours a day to our guests. We are flexible with check-in and check-out times. We only charge an extra $10 when check-in is after 9 pm or $20 when it's after midnight
