Enjoy this modern and comfortable apartment in the heart of Belgrano neighborhood. Antique building, with access to the unit by stairs, there is NO elevator. Quiet and residential complex, but very well located and within easy reach of everything. It is only 300 meters from the subway, line "D" (Juramento Station) and Cabildo Avenue, a very commercial and practical area for walking. It has a simple decorative style, two balconies and the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The space It is a 1BR apartment located on the corner of Echeverria & Moldes streets. Very well distributed and comfortable for 2 people, with recycled bathroom and kitchen. In addition, we have: * Air conditioning for heat/cool in the living room and bedroom. * WI FI with 100 MB speed, ideal for home office. * Samsung TV in the living room. * Roller sunscreen curtains and blinds in all rooms. * 1.40 cm wide x 1.90 cm long double mattress. * Closet with hangers. Iron. * Kitchen with gas oven and equipped with: microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, toaster. * Full bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. * Washing machine in the unit. *Towels and sheets included. Cleaning service is not included and can be requested at an extra cost. For long stays we recommend cleaning service every 15 days. -The crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer- Guest access The apartment has 2 balconies facing the street. THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR, ITS ON THE 1ST FLOOR TROUGH THE STAIRS Other things to note Check-out should be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm onwards Check-in during between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am has an extra cost of USD 20, that should be payable in cash upon check-in. House's rules: •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment & the balcony. •Pets are not allowed •No parties or events are allowed. •At the time of reservation, full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested.
