The swimming pool and the rest of the condo amenities are for the whole Tower, maintenance and cleaning is under the building administration responsibility. In case any tower amenities is close or under maintenance during any day of your stay will not be a reason under no circumstance to ask for refunds to us or Airbnb or make a bad review as we are responsible for the apartment itself, something we work very hard on.
