Comfortable 2-room apartment, ideal for long stays, in a very quiet, safe and well-connected building! Located on Av San Juan, 2nd floor, meters from subway E, Av la Plata station and access to different means of transportation that connect it to the main tourist places. On the same block you will find supermarkets,butchers and groceries. In its surroundings you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, bars and cafes mainly on Av. Pedro Goyena The space The department has: -Electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. - Kitchen dishes and cooking utensils. - Living room (dining set for 4 people, and a 3-piece L-shaped sofa). - Balcony (2 armchairs and outdoor table) - Bedroom with 1 double bed and a very large closet. It also has another closet along the entire hallway. *For longer stays, if you need 2 single beds, please ask - Bathroom with shower, bidet, and hairdryer. Reliable fiber internet (Wi-Fi) 2 air conditioning units (both in the dining room and in the bedroom). Guest access The building has security, a swimming pool on the ground floor (season from November to the end of March, if the weather is good it extends until the end of April). Washer and dryer service (the card has an extra cost of approximately $1500 each).
