This is a fully equipped apartment for 2 people with exclusive amenities and 1st category services to enjoy a very pleasant stay in the City of Buenos Aires. Very well communicated and equipped, it is an excellent option for those who come for a few days of tourism and/or work, as for those who need to spend a long season. The space This is an apartment distributed in a comfortable 2 rooms with a spacious living room, dining room and equipped kitchen. It has the advantage that the bedroom has its own independent bathroom from the rest of the apartment. There is also a reception bathroom. It is decorated by professionals and has an admirable warmth of detail. It also has a beautiful terraced balcony with pleasant light and serenity due to being in the front of the building. The building has AMENITIES: gym, terrace with solarium, pool (in summer) and a sector of SUM and grills. Guest access Guests have access to all the apartment's spaces. Other things to note The amenities of the building are for the exclusive use of the occupants of the apartment (visits are not allowed in order of the consortium of co-owners), sometimes they must be booked in time (example: the grills on the terrace) please consult in all cases before use.
