Luminous & spacious room with an ensuite bathroom. Microwave, electric kettle & small fridge inside the room. Excellent old house in the heart of Buenos Aires, 3 blocks from metro and buses, 5 blocks from Italiano Hospital, 7 from Durand Hospital, 5 from Centenario Park. English spoken. Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, supermarkets. Two floors by stairs . Fully equipped kitchen. We have two friendly dogs and a cat. Check-in/out are flexible. Easy space for a bike downstairs. The space It's an old house reformed respecting its original architecture. It is on the second floor, without elevator. It is centrally located just three blocks from Rivadavia Avenue and Río de Janeiro corner. Enjoy easy access to subway lines (3 blocks from line A of the subway and 6 blocks from line B) and 15 different lines of buses to all points of the city. Fully equipped kitchen in the 1st floor for the use of guests where you can also take your meals. We have a terrace with chairs, table and a barbecue that you may use . It's appreciated if there's no smoking inside the house but you may smoke in the laundry or the terrace. We seek to provide the greatest comfort for the guests based on respect and their particular needs. Check-in is flexible depending on disponibility, but you can always leave your luggage before or after hours of checking in/out, there is a wide space for lugagge. This room is oriented towards an interior yard, so it is not exposed to direct street noice. Guest access Free access to the common places of the house (terrace, kitchen, laundry), and all the kitchen’s equipment: microwave, electric kettle, electric oven, toaster, fridge, etc. The kitchen includes a comfortable kitchen table where you can take your meals or just stay there. During your stay Usually my son or me are at home to provide any help needed. We seek to provide the greatest comfort to the guests based on respect and their particular needs.
