Please let me know in advance The building is brand new and only a few blocks away of lots of restaurants and clubs, Palermo is known for its electric nightlife and cute cafés to have brunchs and many fashion boutiques. The building accommodates: -Laundry room fully equipped with drying machines -2 barbecue grills -Round the clock janitor Flat owner lives 3 blocks away from the apartment and speaks 3 languages (english, portuguese and spanish). Means of transportation nearby: Subway: -B line (red), 8 blocks to Dorrego station (25min to Puerto Madero, 15 to Congress and Theater area in Corrientes avenue) -D line (green), 11 blocks to Carranza station (25 minutes to Plaza de Mayo).
