Welcome to your new home in Buenos Aires. We proudly invite you to stay in our newest studio apartment under FERBAS SUITES brand, located between Palermo Holywood and Chacarita, a safe and trendy area with lots of restaurants and transportation nearby. With a gorgeous balcony-terrace, the studio has lots of sunlight but no street noise. You'll find everything you need and more. Rest assured you'll have a wonderful stay, having planned every detail with the purpose of making you feel at home. The space * THE SPACE: Brand new studio 35m² (376 sq feet), divided into three differenciated areas: bedroom area (premium mattress 1.40mx1.90m - 55" x 75" double bed USA), living room area (comfy sofa bed, turns into a single size 31" x 78" bed), bluetooth speaker and 32" TV with Chromecast), and kitchen/dining area (fully equipped!). Air conditioning and individual radiant heater (floor). Complete bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, hair dryer and basic first aid kit. The apartment also has a private and spacious balcony, ideal to enjoy sunset drinks and fresh air. All towels and linens are included in the rate. Travel crib is available and complimentary (request in advance needed). Security video cameras installed in common areas only and 24-hour virtual security guard at the entrance (totem). *THE AREA: With several buses nearby and a subway station only a 12-minute walk away, a supermarket right across the street and surrounded by restaurants of all kinds, this location is very convenient to explore the whole city, while the excellent food scene and nightlife of the neighbourhood will make your "living like a local" experience easy and fun! Guest access The apartment is all yours to use, plus the rooftop pool, gym and laundry in the building (shared with other neighbours). Keep in mind the pool is owned and managed by the building's community and therefore shared with other residents; maintenance, seasonal opening/closing, working hours and other rules are decisions made exclusively by the building community and out of our control. It is normally open from January to March, although exact dates could vary year to year; it can also be closed for maintenance even during hot weather. Don't hesitate to confirm with us if the pool will be open during your visit.
