Welcome to our charming and cozy apartment in Chacarita, or "Chacalermo", located in the heart of Palermo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, but with the advantage of being close to Av. Corrientes, the subway B and 5 minutes from the Movistar Arena! Here you will find the perfect location to enjoy the best bars and restaurants in town, just a few steps away. The space Our bright apartment has two rooms, with a private room and capacity for four guests. In our "Big Palermo" we leave no detail to chance: With its careful and meticulous warm and minimalist design you will fall in love. The apartment is located in the perfect place that combines the Bars and restaurants area (which by the way is one of the most important tourist and gastronomic poles of our city); in addition to being a few meters walk from the emblematic Avenida Corrientes with its subway "B" that allows you to reach the center of the city (obelisk) in just 15 minutes! You can also find the Movistar Arena a 5-minute walk away, to enjoy incredible shows. Equipped with a full kitchen that will allow you to enjoy a dinner with friends or family, and in its integrated living room, you will have ample space to enjoy all your daily activities. The separate bedroom has a queen bed and in the living room we have a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two more guests :) Every morning you can enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony thanks to a huge green tree that looks out the window. The delicate details of design and decoration will make you feel at home. The apartment is also located in a very modern building with a laundry room and swimming pool available to guests.
