The apartment is delivered with: 1 set of towels per person 1 set of sheets per bed, pillows and cover. If extra cleaning or replacement of sheets and towels is required, it can be provided for an additional fee. 🔌 Responsible use of energy 🌱 💡 The rate includes up to 50,000 ARS of monthly electricity consumption. ⚡ Excess consumption: If you exceed this limit, you will be charged an extra fee for additional consumption, as shown on the EDENOR bill. Reservations and payment We do not book outside of Airbnb. For security reasons, all reservations must be made exclusively through Airbnb. We do not ask for warranty or deposit, and all our apartments are furnished. We do not have a night guard as we operate like an Airbnb and not a hotel. Values and Invoicing The expressed values are net. If you need an invoice, you will need to request it before confirming the reservation, as the VAT will be added to the total. Payment: Payment is made through Airbnb by credit card. If you are Argentine, the payment will be made at the value of the blue dollar. Airbnb operates in USD, and if you pay in USD in cash at the bank, there will be no taxes or withholdings for the country tax. Additional requirements Mandatory ID photo: Upon booking, you will be asked to send us an ID photo (ID or passport) of all guests by email. This step is mandatory to be able to enter the building.
