The apartment is a super modern studio,40 mts divided for privacy when resting and who wants to use the common space for other activities. Comfortable,it has a washing machine and dryer on the 9th floor, and a jacuzzy for summer. Balcony to the street. Super priviligiada and exclusive area of Palermo. Close to fashionable restaurants, bars, a street begins all the commercial activity of fashion and gastronomy.There are gyms nearby and it's the area called Bs As gastronomic pole,cool and safe. The space i'm on this page as I like to travel in the same way, meet different people, and follow this travel path that I've been making since 2012. Guest access I have enabled one guest but it can be up to 2 for your best comfort . Guests have access to towels and sheets that I leave for the stay. The kitchen elements, TV, the comforts of the house. My belongings are there, so it is forbidden to open plates and private drawers, only use of the apartment and common needs for a short stay. Other things to note It is a very comfortable, modern apartment with all the options to spend a few days in Buenos Aires. The building has security and cameras in all spaces. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, if you can on the balcony or on the terrace on the 9th floor
