Located in the Belgrano neighborhood, a safe area close to the Palermo and Colegiales neighborhoods. Great variety of cafes, bars and restaurants and much more. The space A 2 bedroom apartment, cozy and functional. The bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, desk, and a split air conditioning/heating system that supplies the entire house. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including basic supplies to use. Includes microwave, kitchen with oven, refrigerator and coffee maker. The Living - Dining Room is the perfect space to relax on the couch, watching a movie on our Smart TV, making use of the folding mouse table. In addition, our modern and functional bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and a welcome kit with toiletries. Guest access Building ☝️entrance: You have to climb 3 steps and open a glass door. Please check that the door is securely closed for safety. ✌️ Access to the apartment: It can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The apartment has an armored door, use a special key. IMPORTANT: Loss of keys has an additional cost: 100 USD. Other things to note 🚨BY CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH: 💚GENERAL RULES 👉No noise after 10pm (family residential building) 👉Take care of water, electricity and gas consumption. The final price to be paid by the guest includes a fixed price for utilities (water, electricity and gas). If it is exceeded, an extra fee will be charged. (Price June 2025.
