Beautiful and luminous apartment, design and thinking all the details for our guests a special and unforgettable stay. Warm with great location on Belgrano. Modern building and great amenities: swimming pool, garden, etc… The space The apartment features: - TV - Air conditioner in the living room - WI FI 100MB -Full kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, etc.). - Towels and sheets. Cleaning service is not included, it can be requested and has an extra cost. For long stays we recommend cleaning every 15 days. - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Guest access The building has common areas: * 24 hour security. * Swimming pool and garden. Open from November until 1st of March. * Barbecue and multipurpose room. You must respect the rules of use, only available for stays longer than fifteen days.
