Warm & Luminous, located on a 9th floor, in the back, with excellent view to the garden and far from the city annoying noises. Modern one bedroom apt with balcony eqquipped with table & chairs. Living room with dining table for 8 people, sofa, TV LCD with cable and American kitchen fully equipped: gas oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine. Complete bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and wardrobe. Apt features: - Black out with control remote in both rooms - Air conditioner warm/cold in both rooms - Central heating - Wooden floors - WI FI and cable TV - Towels & sheets premium quality. - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Guest access The building has: *Garden, swimming pool, available all year round but is NOT heated. *Laundry with washing-dryer machine. Other things to note Check-out should be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm onwards. Check-in during between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am has an extra cost of USD 20, that should be payable in cash upon check-in. House's rules: •Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. •Pets are not allowed •No parties or events are allowed. •At the time of reservation, full name and identity number or passport of each guest will be requested.
