This (65 m2) apartment has just been decorated with modern style furniture to provide maximum comfort. In addition, it has a sauna, massage service, jacuzzi and relaxation rooms. The complex has a gym with first line equipment, pilates room, yoga room, and an aerobic circuit in the 350-meter 6th floor. The complex has a comfortable exclusive Co-Working space for adults 18 +. It is located on the 1st floor of the Santos Dumont sector, and is accessed by the elevator. It has comfortable meeting spaces, a kitchenette, and a lounge overlooking the central patio and pool area. Some meeting rooms require advance reservation and are subject to availability. Pools can be used from 8:00 AM to 9:00 pm. Swimming pool is available year-round, while external swimming pool is only from October to March. Under-18s are not allowed to stay alone in the pool. If that were to happen, fines could apply. Gym access is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and is only allowed for adults 18 +. Spa, Yoga, and Pilates services are subject to availability and have an additional cost to pay on site.
