Two spacious rooms for up to 3 people, located on the edge of Palermo Hollywood, one of the most vibrant and eclectic areas of Buenos Aires. Fully equipped, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, and its own washing machine. Building with a rooftop pool and well-maintained common areas, just steps from cafes, restaurants, the Flea Market, and the charm of Palermo. Soda Haus Building The space Two-room apartment, comfortable, functional, and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long-term stays. Designed for those who need to work and live in comfort, it offers a quiet and peaceful environment, with high-speed, stable, and reliable fiber-optic Wi-Fi, ideal for home office, video calls, and uninterrupted remote work. Features a bedroom with a queen bed, ample closet space, and a dressing area. The living room has a sofa bed, a 42” TV, and a comfortable environment for resting or working. Plus a large table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday use: Smeg electric oven, four-burner stove, full set of dishes, utensils, pots, serving dishes, drip coffee maker, toaster, and juicer. Everything was ready for us to cook and use the space like we were at home. It has two bathrooms: a master bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and an additional powder room for convenience. The apartment has two air conditioners (hot/cold), ensuring comfort year-round. For added convenience, there is a washing machine inside the apartment (no charge), as well as a laundry room in the building with a washer and dryer (paid service). Located in a modern building, it offers access to a terrace with a pool and well-maintained common areas, as well as a children's playground, enhancing the quality of the stay experience. The building has 2 elevators. A space designed for settling in, working in a warm, quiet environment, and enjoying total comfort. Guest access - CHECK IN: Check-in is after 3:00 PM. And until 8:00 p.m. in the building. As far as the possibilities we can check in earlier* After 8:00 p.m., you can pick up the keys to enter the apartment 500 meters away, 24 hours a day. Check-in: Approximate check-in time is coordinated with the host. The maximum tolerance to the agreed schedule is 45 min. Important: NO PARTIES ALLOWED, MAXIMUM OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF the DEPARTMENT TO ENTER : 2 PEOPLE. Avoid fines The apartment is set up for 2 guests who share a Queen bed. In case you need another configuration, such as the additional sofa bed armado, it is necessary to request it in advance of check-in, as we cannot make changes on the same day of check-in. If extra guests are staying and the use of the sofa bed is required, the request must be made at least 24 hours in advance. These changes for reservations on the same day of entry can't be handled. Pool access is only available during the summer season (see dates).
