Located on a major avenue, with access to shops, banks and just 50 meters from the subway, 10 blocks from the National Congress, 5 minutes from the San Telmo, La Boca, Barracas and Boedo neighborhoods, Universities (UADE, UAI, UBA), and 700 meters from Garrahan Hospital The space The double bed is very comfortable, 1.50 wide. The sofa bed is 1.30 meters wide, recommended for people weighing up to 120 kilograms. Other things to note The TV has Amazon, Disney, Max, and YouTube. There is no cable TV service. If you want to watch TV channels, you can do so through YouTube. Please do not use towels to remove makeup. Please return the unit in the same condition as it was given to you. The cleaning service you pay for is for cleaning the apartment and washing linens when you leave. Payment for the cleaning service does not include daily cleaning. If you want the cleaning service and change of linens, ask me. You will find some complimentary items for your arrival. Please don't take them: 1 roll of toilet paper, sugar, salt, oregano, paprika, tea, detergent, liquid soap
