We invite you to stay in our quiet and spacious two-room apartment, fully equipped, in a serene building located in the heart of San Telmo. In one of the neighborhoods with the greatest tourist influx in Buenos Aires, this apartment has a strategic location for getting to know the city. San Telmo is one of the most picturesque areas of Buenos Aires and has a wide and varied gastronomic and cultural offer that is constantly expanding. The space An apartment of just over 50m2 that has two spacious rooms with capacity for up to 4 people. It has a large kitchen with an oven and four gas burners, a kitchen extractor, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a water heater with good capacity, complete dishes with the necessary elements and utensils for cooking as well as basic condiments, an electric kettle, an electric toaster, coffee makers (French press and Nespresso with reusable capsules so you can prepare a delicious coffee), necessary cleaning elements (sponge, detergent, rack, ironing board), dish drainer, washing machine and products needed to do the laundry (soap powder and fabric softener) and iron clothes (iron and ironing board). The living room is ideal for resting. It has a sofa bed (in which up to two adults can sleep), air conditioning (hot/cold), Smart TV, a raton table with a raised top that allows you to eat comfortably in this space. In any case, the dining room has a large table with four chairs to enjoy a fun evening. It has a spacious and comfortable bathroom that has a bathtub with shower, with soap, shampoo and rinse cream, bidet, hair dryer, laundry basket, toilet paper, hand soap and towels. The spacious and comfortable bedroom has an extra queen sommier bed with sheets and padding that will allow you to have a comforting rest, a large closet, a fold-out desk that you can use if you need it to work remotely or perform other activities comfortably. A crib with an adjustable sheet is available. It has a comfortable balcony with a table and two chairs and a clothesline. The apartment also has WiFi services – Cable TV (Flow) and access to Netflix and Amazon Prime platforms - Optional cleaning service and a guest service center that operates 365 days a year. Guest access This apartment has Self-Check-In service designed for greater independence and autonomy. If you need to check in or check out before the scheduled time, please contact the host to check if it's possible. Our booking team will contact guests 24 hours before check-in to send access instructions.
