The space The accommodation is equipped with the following: - Room with a king-size bed, TV, mirrored closet, air conditioning and balcony exit. - Large living room with table for 4 people, armchair, TV, mouse table, air conditioning and exit to the balcony. - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, stove, electric kettle, Nescafé coffee maker, complete dishes, basic kitchen items and cleaning items. - Full bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer In addition, the building has the following: - Beautiful pool with lounge chairs - Patio with grill and outdoor tables - Gym - Laundry with a washer and dryer. - 24 hour security Other things to note There is a 24 Hs parking lot next to the building. RULES: - If your stay is 15 nights or more, there is a mandatory cleaning service once every 15 days at the guest's expense (the approximate cost is 10 USD per cleaning). - The kitchen and kitchen items must be clean.
