The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, glasses and goblets, cups, plates, cutlery, dish dryer, pot, board, frying pan, among other utensils. For your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned with hot/cold air conditioning and windows with blackout curtains. The building offers a wide range of amenities, such as a swimming pool, gym, laundry (check how to use it) and a spacious terrace with a barbecue area. The barbecues must be reserved and are subject to availability at the time. You will also find a coworking space (currently being remodeled) and garages available (fee, please check price and availability). The apartment is ideal for 4/5 people, for 7 guests it may feel small if they are going to be there all day. It is not designed for 7 guests on long stays inside the apartment. There is room for everyone to sleep since it has beds that come out from under a sofa and another sofa that converts into a bed and these 4 seats can be folded away during the day (the beds are not normally used). If you book more than 4 people, it is designed to be functional for those who keep the beds in the morning and do not use the apartment for many hours a day. If you want a spacious apartment to stay in all day, do not book this accommodation, which was not designed for that purpose.
