a maximum of three people can be accommodated The space It has internet. It does 🛜 not have a TV. It is prepared for a maximum of 3 people since it has a double bed and a single bed with bed linen and towels... to make you feel at home. It is super bright, located on the first floor by stairs. It does not have an elevator. It is only a couple of streets walking from Avenida Rivadavia in a very quiet and safe area, even at night. A few minutes walk you will find well-known restaurants such as Viejo Patrón, Salgado Alimentos (with homemade pastas), a sushi restaurant and places like 7 Vidas and Black Suld if you feel like having a few drinks. Several cafes such as Don Blanco... and businesses where you can find what you need just a few minutes walk. You would love to experience the concerts and soccer matches on the Vélez sarfiels court or eat at the restaurant grill The railway ? because this is also your place (don't forget to book !! throughout its pages )there are parks and squares just 5 minutes walk away. and several direct public transports to move to where you want like the hazelnut and flowers shopping areas or the Belgrano area (the Chinatown) . if you are going by car you will be only minutes away in the general peace or Av Rivadavia .a only 2 blocks you will find also the Francisco Santojanni Hospital. where you can attend to any urgency . Other things to note It is a first floor by stairs. It includes bed linen and towels. For stays of one week or more, the customer will accept an extra charge of 15 dollars for a weekly change of sheets and towels
